• The vehicle type might be changed to a different class of Van, Bus without prior notice, depending on the number of passengers per day
• Please come to check in at least 30 minutes before departure.
• Use the Soutchai  voucher to check in and the service provider will take care to exchange for the actual tickets at the bus station or train station.
• Infants up to 3 years old can ride for free on parent’s laps. But it is recommended to buy extra tickets, because of a long trip.
• Please be aware that the provided arrival time can be +/- 30 minutes or even more, arrival time can vary due to trip length and traffic conditions.
• For the routes including the transfer service from the hotel, It will take approximately 30-60 minutes to pick up the customer from the hotel, depending on the location of the hotel and traffic conditions.
